There were 1083 auctions reported to the REIV, with 843 selling and 240 being passed in, 116 of those on a vendor bid. Top auction suburbs year to date are Craigieburn (31 auctions), Mooroolbark (28 auctions), Richmond (27 auctions) and Bentleigh East (26 auctions).
