25.01.2022 This insurance project was triggered by a balcony that was leaking and dripping down to the apartment below. To resolve this issue, we had to completely remove all the tiles, screed and waterproofing. As part of the re-establishment our team correctly graded the fall of the balcony, allowed for a compliant hob height at the door frame, applied waterproofing membranes, re-tiled the floor including a skirting tile, and provided compliant overflows.

22.01.2022 This shopping complex has suffered from water leaks for sometime. It did take some detective work but we have managed to find the problem areas and will be able to come up with the solutions that our client requires to rectify the defects.

20.01.2022 Restoration of an old leaking bathroom.

18.01.2022 This is another insurance project to complete a bathroom and study in a holiday house. Once again, the cause of the damage was water leakage issues due to faulty workmanship by an owner builder. It was challenging finding tiles that were a good match with the existing, but in the end our team found exactly what the client was looking for.

15.01.2022 Now back to the insurance work. This project like many had a leaking balcony on a new build. It was no surprise to find no sub sill flashing, internal and external water ingress damage, rotten timber framing, incorrect hob height, un-nailed floor joists, incorrectly laid membrane, incorrectly laid sycon flooring, incorrectly installed screed, and no overflow provision. Fortunately we have been able to achieve building compliance and It is good to see the new sheet membrane installed and the project on its way back to completion.

14.01.2022 It’s good to do a normal job here and there to break the frustration that comes with insurance rectification work. This job is a Merbau deck and pergola nearing completion with render patch ups thanks to Dillon Ragnar Bellamy

12.01.2022 This was a really cool little project creating a telescope hut with a retractable roof.

11.01.2022 This particular job we were approached to complete was for a bathroom where the shower had some serious issues of leaking throughout the bathroom and into a bedroom on the adjoining wall. Through the process of demolishing the shower we found evidence of multiple areas where the existing waterproofing had failed as well as an incorrectly installed puddle flange to the shower base. All the issues causing water leaks have been rectified ready for tiling and final finishes.

09.01.2022 This customer approached us to install an aluminium bi-folding door that the client had already purchased as a flatpack. We had to cut through a single veneer wall, provide the necessary lintels and framework all while making sure to minimize the noise and disturbance to the customer as they have a newborn. Our team assembled and installed the window, new internal floorboards, and architrave / trims in record time. It was important to complete this job as fast as possible once it had commenced to minimise any inconvenience as to our client, also keeping in mind some horrible weather that was closing in.

06.01.2022 Well this one had us thinking. Just build a round acoustic room with a cavity between the walls that can take a curved sliding door. Hmmm, OK no problem

04.01.2022 This insurance job was a complete balcony rectification.

03.01.2022 On this particular project that was completed at the start of the year, we gave a face lift to an existing bathroom, WC and laundry.

01.01.2022 This customer approached us about an existing pergola that had issues with rot but also allowed the weather to penetrate the sides more than they liked. After some discussion on orientation and effectiveness we were able to come up with a solution to meet their requirements for a future outdoor living environment. As it nears completion we look forward to seeing the project come together with Lighting, Out door pizza oven, BBQ, outdoor Kitchen, Fire pit, Entertainment and furnishings.
