19.01.2022 Check out this weekend's auction results! A clearance rate of 74 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 76 per cent last weekend and 70 per cent this weekend last year. There were 1018 auctions reported to the REIV, with 754 selling and 264 being passed in, 138 of those on a vendor bid. 13.01.2022 We've just seen a big weekend of auctions with 1476 auctions reported to the REIV. The high number resulting from the slower Labour Day weekend the week before and Easter next weekend.
