12.01.2022 Introducing Suncatcher Pools It’s still us! We’ve just decided to give the business name a bit of a tweak. After gaining attention due to our recent state and national award wins for Eco Design Pools, we were contacted by a gentleman who has requested that we stop trading under Eco Design Pools as he had trademarked the words ‘Eco Design’. Yes, I know it’s a common story. We were under the assumption that you couldn’t register a business name that was similar to another n...ame or with a trademarked term in the name, but it seems you can. As unintentional as it was, we have decided to re-name (and trademark) our new business name to future-proof our reputation. Our award wins will stay in the old name but EVERYTHING ELSE STAYS THE SAME. The reliable service, experience, quality and reputation that has got us this far. Let’s just pretend that we’re wearing a new hata new fancy hat.
