21.01.2022 Hello my dear friends, I hope you are making the most of this amazing place we live in and we call this winter! We are truly blessed. Monday the 10th is the beginning of term 3 at your Suncoast Yoga Centre. I have enjoyed a well needed and timely "holiday" to catch up and spend precious time assisting my Mum. Now things are in place to run smoothly with support. I look forward to returning to teaching routine and seeing you all again. Invite any friends who may need assistance with their health to come and join us. See you next week with bells on.

12.01.2022 This is the last week of this term with 2 weeks holiday for all to enjoy. So I may spend more time with my Mum. Term 3 begins from the 10th July for 10 weeks so "You come back now" I am so grateful for all those who enter my door, share their precious time and teach me so much and support me doing what I love. Take care of yourselves with love.

12.01.2022 A message to all those people who say "I can't go to yoga because I can't rouch my toes" or I have an injury... there are many excuses. In actual fact if you are breathing then you can do yoga. I teach to suit the individual no matter what is going on. With over 4 decades of teaching and now a qualified Yoga Therapist then mi intention is to guide you to return and maintain your health. Call Glenda on 54463318 and see for yourself. 06.01.2022 Keep your eyes on this space. I have decided to do another Yoga Teacher Training in the near future. Parts of the course will be open for other students to attens. Let me know if you are interested.
