15.01.2022 Yoohoo Sundance Yoginis! I would like to welcome a very special energy to the studio and to Mission Beach. Rose has traveled extensively exploring varying approaches to yoga where she eventually moved to Mexico to deepen her yoga practice. She remained there for 3 and a half years living and teaching yoga in a spiritual community on the coast of Oaxaca. It was there that she discovered the joy of meditation through a series of courses and retreats, including ten 10-day silen...t meditation retreats and a 49-Day Prathyabhijn solitary retreat. These times of silence and solitude profoundly shifted Roses understanding of the true depths of yoga and spirituality. Rose and her partner now call Mission Beach home as they reconnect to their roots. Teaching yoga and meditation is a source of pure joy for Rose and she is so thrilled to be able to share these beautiful practices at Sundance Studio.
