25.01.2022 Stroke of Genius by Mr Sunny Chandra sc 189 visa granted after 27 months of application. During this time: 1. Applicant got three notices from 2018 to 2020 ... 2. One of them being section 57 (Adverse Information) -PIC 4020 3. Had to go to GFU multiple times in 2019 and 2020 4. Applicant went to three lawyers/MRA before finally finding Mr Chandra 5. Was advised by many that the application will go to AAT 6. Thanks to Mr Chandra got the visa grant from the department last week Client is on ecstatic and celebrating!! If anyone has received #adverse information notice from Immigration department, PIC 4020. Then please contact Sunmarg Migration at 0450510342 or email at: [email protected]

24.01.2022 #Schedule3 #partnervisa Client Arrived Australia on Student visa Client became illegal after his student visa finished Afterwards he Got Married in July 2012. (During all this time he was not having any substantial Visa) He was caught and taken to the detention centre.... Migration Agent at the time made pretty substantial but wrong moves which didn't help the case. At this point of time, he approached Sunmarg Migration Australia and we got him out from Detention centre and applied for his Partner Visa Partner Visa was unfortunately refused due to Schedule 3 provisions and genuineness of relations We appealed to AAT and we were able to demonstrate to the AAT, The genuineness of applicant and sponsor behaviour and emotional connection between Applicant, Sponsor and Sponsors Family. After this lengthy submission and hearing at AAT, we won the case!! Currently the client is a PR!! 14.01.2022 Citizenship by Evidence Approved The child's two previous applications were refused last year the child was overseas for about 2.5 years during the first 10 years We got the approval in the first application itself There is common confusion among the applicants that if they are overseas for more than 6 months then they might not get the approval or they have already been refused.... Each application has its own merit. Please contact us, if you need help getting your child Australian Citizenship on 10th Birthday. Wouldn't it be nice gift?? Please contact Sunmarg Migration Australia: [email protected] +61450510342 www.sunmarg.com.au Suite 10.10, L10 365 Lt Collins St Melbourne VIC 3000 MARN:0959742 See more

12.01.2022 Full Time work rights granted to the applicant on a bridging visa while awaiting his AAT hearing for his student visa refusal 1. Client came to Australia with her family on a visitor visa 2. Soon afterwards, they planned to study and applied for a student visa 3. Unfortunately, their student visa got refused in Feb 2020 4. At this point of time, they appealed to AAT in Feb 2020... 5. At the same time, they were left with a bridging visa A with no work rights 6. Subsequently, their migration agent at the time applied for work rights two times and unfortunately, both applications got refused 7. The client under much duress approached us in Sep 2020 8. We prepared a legal submission and applied for work rights and to their surprise, they got work rights within 2 days Moral of the story: If you prepare a strong application then you can get work rights For all applicants out there who do not have work rights, whether you are waiting for your visa or AAT or federal court etc. You might still be eligible for work rights now!! 07.01.2022 Very happy for a client today who was granted a Bridging Visa B for a 190 PR application lodged from India. The client lost her AAT case ( student visa refusal) in Sep 2020 The client had also applied for sc 190 visa from India in Sep 2019. The client was currently on a bridging visa B linked to her student visa application.... After loss of her AAT appeal her Bridging visa was supposed to finish after 35 days The client had no more visa to remain in Australia while waiting the decision of her sc 190 visa. But there was a way. We applied for another Bridging visa B (Switchroo) linked to clients sc 190 application from India. Not many clients are aware of this, that they can apply for a Bridging visa related to their offshore applications (if they meet the eligibility criteria of course) Please contact Sunmarg Migration Australia: [email protected] +61450510342 www.sunmarg.com.au Suite 10.10, L10 365 Lt Collins St Melbourne VIC 3000 MARN:0959742

06.01.2022 Client Arrived in Australia on a Student Visa In may 2015, he met his wife who was an Australian Citizen and got married in October of 2015. In Mar 2016, client lodged for Partner (SC 820) and was granted Bridging A (SC 010) Visa which wasn't active because of his then student visa. In July 2017, his student visa was cancelled In Oct 2017 his Partner (SC 820) Visa was refused... After which client approached Sunmarg Migration Australia and we made a legal submission for the AAT. In March 2020, Client had two hearings of AAT(within two weeks); one of 7 Hours and other for 3 Hours Finally, AAT Remitted the Application for partner (temporary) (class UK) visa.(Won the case at AAT) In Aug 2020, Client was finally granted Partner Visa ( SC 820 & SC 801) after four years of wait Both the clients and we were delighted, years of waiting and so much hard work behind 2 legal submissions and 2 hearings. 06.01.2022 Good news If your child was born in Australia & is now 10 years or older, then we have been successful in directly getting citizenship for such children. Recently, we put in a submission for a 12 year old whose parents were not holding any visa at the time of his birth, as well as, at the time of application. The child had no passports at all & even the parent's passports had long been expired. All they had was Australian birth certificate. We spend two weeks in helping... them collect documents that they had not thought of and then prepared a detailed, technical submission according to the Citizenship Act 2007 and the Migration Act 1958 and regulations. We put in the application on Saturday and on Monday afternoon 2 pm citizenship was granted. Currently, we are assisting the parents in resolving their own visa status. Again, heartiest congratulation to the parents!! See more

06.01.2022 Great news!! Visa subclass 802 a.k.a. Child Visa Won an AAT case without going to appeal!! The child was not adopted under the Convention although the country of birth of the applicant was a signatory country.... Adoptive mother is ecstatic and relieved!! #childvisa #sc802 #AdoptionVisa #internationalAdoption #SunmargMigration

05.01.2022 Work Rights Granted #backtowork The client was already on a valid visa in Australia when they applied for a new visa through another migration agent before coming to us. the new visa application was refused. But their agent never informed them about it. They got to know about their illegal visa status after 6-7 months ... At this time they were shocked . Then they approached Sunmarg Migration Australia Pty. Ltd. We immediately applied for their new visa and got them Bridging visa C which came with no work rights. After a few days, we were also able to get client Work Rights on the above visa. This case is just an example of one of many complex cases where SUNMARG MIGRATION AUSTRALIA PTY LTD has shown its expertise in resolving toughest problems related to visa applications and work rights!! 04.01.2022 Great success in getting a visa for a couple who has been in the visa mill for more than two years getting refused and delayed The applicant applied for an sc 485 visa in March 2018 and did not get any response till Dec 2019 when he came to us Meanwhile, he got married in Jan 2019 At this point, he wanted to bring his wife to Australia But he couldn't attach his wife to his sc 485 application as it was under processing... But this visa was getting delayed since March 2018 and despite repeated follow-ups with the department no action was apparently taken on his application Eager to bring his newlywed wife to Australia he applied for visitor visa for his wife in March 2019 from India; this got refused within one month Discourage but determined he again applied for his wife's visitor visa in Sep 2019 and again got refused within a month At this point of time, almost lost hope but finally approached us in Dec 2019 We reviewed the sc 485 application and made changes in Dec 2019 and subsequently, his visa was granted in Feb 2020 So, to be clear application was waiting for 19 months but no action. We took over the application and got the visa grant within 2 months. Meanwhile, in Dec 2019, we also applied for his wife's visitor visa Visitor visa granted for the wife within 3 weeks despite two previous refusals Wife visited Australia in Jan 2020 The application got his sc 485 visa in Feb 2020 In March 2020 COVID outbreak, so the wife decided to not travel back and we applied for sc 485 for her The wife was granted this visa in July 2020. Within 4 months!! So for all the partners or spouses who are stranded overseas and have been refused a visa or their application was been under process for a very long time, do not worry, there is some light at the end of the tunnel!! 02.01.2022 #partner #schedule3 #sc485 The client became illegal after student visa ceased in Jan 2020 Then applicant couldn't apply for his 485 visa despite finishing his studies The applicant came to us in August 2020 The applicant was elsewhere suggested that he cannot apply for 485 visa and might consider options like protection visa...
