24.01.2022 The wire is around the fence and is looking fantastic. A few finishing touches and it will be ready for a hit.

23.01.2022 After another year that has hit hard, I am sure everyone is looking for a holiday, see our committee members to purchase a ticket.

22.01.2022 On Saturday while the boys were outside the girls were busy inside painting the interior of the hall. Thank you to Rick Mumford and Donna Ware from Tenterfield Picture Framing and Paint for your generous donations of paint and painting supplies. A few more team bonding days painting and the hall will be looking awesome in white. What incredible team our committee is... you are all amazing!!!

21.01.2022 It is with great regret that the Sunnyside Hall Committee has decided that we are not well enough equipped to be able to hold the Annual Christmas Tree in 2020 with the current Covid19 restrictions. We did not take this decision lightly and understand that this will be the first time in the history of the Christmas Tree that this has happened. We hope that we will be able to hold our new and historic events in 2021, Thank you for your understanding we are sure you will be as disappointed with this news as we are as a committee. Emily Smith- President

19.01.2022 The final figures for the New Kitchen have been punched into a spreadsheet and we would like to show our appreciation. The hall received notification in December that they were successful in the Stronger Community Program Grant which was to the total of $25,000. The conditions of the grant were that we would receive $12,500 cash and the remaining $12,500 was to be contributed by the committee in cash or in kind value. The Kitchen cost $35,982.80 in total, now we need to bre...ak this down in sections, so you know the reason for this appreciation post. - $12,500 is thanks to the Stronger Community Program and Barnaby Joyce for approving our expression of interest. - $10,733.90 was paid in cash from the Hall account, which would not have been possible without the amazing support and generosity from the community that supported our fundraising events last year. -$12,748.90 this figure is the amount of money that was donated to the project with either products or services (I'm sure its more but this is what they told us) Without the generosity of everyone that contributed, the kitchen definitely would not be as amazing. Thank you to all the businesses that made our kitchen possible Darren & Tracey Butler at DTB Fabrication Jamie & Amy Kelly from Kellz Contracting Brad & Rebecca Preston from Hey Presto Flooring Craig & Brent Schofield from Butler Plumbing Wayne and Lisa Griffiths and crew Chris & Nicole Arnold from Chris Arnold Electrical Grant Townes from GTH Brad & Karen Holley from Brad Holley Contracting Rick Mumford and Donna Ware at Tenterfield Picture Framing John Gray We live in an amazing community and can't wait to share the improvements at the hall with you all soon.
