In the morning its cold and then in the middle of the day its getting very warm When packing your childrens bags, please ensure they have a mix of named summer and winter clothing and we will assist them to ensure they are dressed appropriately for the weather.

With the money raised from National Pyjama Day, youll be helping us offer learning skills to more than 1000 children, fund educational resources and help provide stable, positive relationships. So this July put on your favourite PJs, make a donation, and get your friends/colleagues involved! So come and join us as we dress in our PJs have awesome fun activities and support this great cause.

09.01.2022 Earlier this week, our pre-kindy children practiced eating with chopsticks! This activity was a follow on from an art and craft activity using chopsticks after one of the children mentioned that their parents use chopsticks at home to eat. The children showed great perseverance. This also increases the children’s fine motor skills.

Through their play with ice they were exploring that the ice was cold, exploring what shape the ice was as well as the colour of the ice. Sensory play contributes in critical ways to brain development. Think of it as good for the brain. Stimulating the senses sends signals to childrens brains that help to strengthen neural pathways important for all types of learning.
