17.01.2022 SCAC has gratefully received support and funding from The Buderim Foundation, which will assist in the upgrade of lighting, in our indoor facility. Thank you to David Willis for his efforts in securing the grant and also to Hannah Young and Patrick Willis, for representing the Club at the presentation ceremony.

15.01.2022 Not all SUPER HEROES wear capes After the storm 2 weeks ago, which caused some havoc to our shade shelter, these amazing members and parents put in the hard yards on some really hot days. Thank you, especially to Kerry Adair and Mark Hamilton for sorting all the mess ( no small feat) and then to Gavin Marsh and Sam Pitman, for putting days of their own time, in some scorching heat, and through their champion efforts, the archers were able to shoot the Qre today under the shade structure. I am sure they really did appreciate it guys, it was a scorcher, with some challenging winds in the afternoon, a good test for the temporary shadecloth which will get replaced as soon as possible, but for now it’s great. You men are awesome, just the kind of people a good club needs, thanks is never enough.

09.01.2022 The club was hit hard by the supercell which came through this afternoon. In the interests of safety please do not access the club until the we can arrange to clean this up. Unfortunately, there is no electricity at the clubhouse until the large tree has been removed from the power lines, so no indoor shooting either.
