22.01.2022 The National President Norman Harrison will be conducting the knighthood of the new members on Friday, the 28 August. He will be visiting from Adelaide to induct and welcome the new members. This is an exciting time for locals and the hospitality industry on the Sunshine Coast to support hoteliers, restaurateurs, executive chefs or sommeliers beyond the Covid-19 crisis and travel restrictions. 22.01.2022 La dolce vita ! . Life might not be to sweet at the moment but there is always dessert

20.01.2022 We had dinner with our Bailli Délégué Norm Harrison and his wife Serena Bailli SA, our committee members and two old friends from Norm and Serena, Angela and Ian. This in preparation of our 7 course tasting dinner at @EmbassyXO where our new members were inducted on 28th August. Our President Norman Harrison and his wife Serena discussed the protocol for the following day and Ian and Angel our newest members certainly enjoyed the comradeship. After our discussion the 12 of ...us enjoyed a happy evening with a casual dinner of white asparagus soup, saffron prawns with fennel and orange salad, lamb rotisserie with crunchy potatoes and Witlof, Ham and Béchamel sauce and as dessert we had Dutch Cake with Christmas Ice-cream. We enjoyed the wines by @HirschHillEstate topped off with some wonderful BYO from Adelaide. The night ended with showcasing various hats that sat in the cupboard of the hosts Leon and Bindy.
