This is designed for healthy populations, so those with chronic conditions/illness/injury should let us know so we can adjust accordingly. 13.01.2022 How good are bliss balls?! Nat makes a few jars full every few weeks so we have something yummy post workout to chug down with a coffee. We make a few different flavours each time (depending on what we have in the pantry) but this one is one of our faves! Snickers Bliss Balls... 115g dates 100g almonds 100g cashews 4tbsp peanut butter 2tbsp water 2tbsp pure maple syrup (or honey) 1tbsp tahini 2tbsp cacao Once rolled into balls, roll them into 2tbsp peanuts Enjoy!

07.01.2022 JOB VACANCY-ACCREDITED EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST Sunshine Coast Rehabilitation and Exercise Physiology is a small multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals with a holistic approach to care, knowing when to use other health professionals and promotion of self care for clients. We are looking for a highly driven, passionate and caring AEP to continue building the strong foundations of the business to provide outstanding health care to individuals on the Sunshine Coast.... Treatment within the clinic continues to support that Exercise is Medicine. Our staff use the most recent and relevant research to support treatment specific to the client’s needs. We are looking for a proactive AEP to continue to grow their knowledge and implement to be recognised as a leading health professional on the Sunshine Coast. The successful AEP must be highly motivated, well organised and enthusiastic in delivering clinical rehabilitation, sports and community rehabilitation. We encourage those with specific areas of skills/interests to apply and create further programs within this position. Role will include: Treating clients across Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, insurance and the private sector. 06.01.2022 Nat did this workout solo today as I went for a run with the dog. It was a tough 30minutes but she’s feeling great afterwards. Probably helped the kids were kept at bay thanks to daddy daycare! Any questions please shoot.
