People will continue to buy and sell properties. Are there still buyers around? Yes! We have many buyers still in the market. An example - Two homes in the last 2 weeks, one had 15 contracts and one had 3 contracts. (Meaning many missed out and still looking!) What safety measures are in place? All homes will have walk through videos. Serious buyers will be screened prior to inspections, ensuring they are ready to purchase (eg finances in place), they are currently well and healthy and have had no contact with a diagnosed person. Disposable gloves will be worn throughout an inspection and sanitiser provided. Social distancing rules will be applied. I am a mother of 3, and like you the health of my family is of highest priority. I will do everything to ensure the health and safety of all. THE POSITIVES We are doing things differently!
