25.01.2022 A great way of connecting with your audience is telling your stories. And not just the good ones, your community love to see transparency. I’m going to start sharing bits and pieces from my own story from tomorrow, anything juicy you want to know??

23.01.2022 I love Monday! Monday is a daycare day which comes after a long weekend of chasing my crazies! I get to come home to my office and smash out content creation and scheduling for my clients while listening to my my favourite podcasts. Monday may be my favourite day of the week, what’s yours?

22.01.2022 Editing your own images I always recommend my clients invest in a high quality specialist photographer. Producing both styles and lifestyle shots of your products or services in use. HOWEVER, this can be expensive and may be a cost your small business cannot afford just now. Until you can afford a professional shoot, it is very easy to DIY with the right tools.... My tips: -Shoot your product in natural light with a neutral but not bare, background. -Focus on the usage of the product, show it in use! -Pay the subscription fee for a good editing app! I personally prefer Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for business based editing and VSCO for personal use. Both have really good qualities and will make your images pop! -Shoot images that can be utilised in many sizes - for social, for web and for eDM. The latest iPhones are more than sufficient for this type of quality. Here’s an image I played with this morning. I have a few preferred settings now so this took me about 2 minutes #digitalmarketing #imagery #contentcreation #socialmediamanager #emailmarketing #websitedesign #smallbusinessowner @ Davistown, New South Wales

18.01.2022 What we’ve been working on: Pharma Marketing There’s no denying COVID has disrupted traditional pharma marketing including the cancellation of trade shows and inability to regularly connect with reps. This is where we’ve come in. We are assisting our client in lead generation for pharma machinery solutions. The type of machinery that produces vaccines, like the one we’re all desperately waiting for Until a vaccine is produced we’re still social distancing and with masks now mandatory in Melbourne, we are crushing on some really cute mask suppliers. These masks from Veronica Tucker the Label are our vibe

17.01.2022 My Career Story Part 1! I graduated in 2009 with a very strong conviction to pursue a career in sport. I didn’t know what that looked like and I wanted to keep my options open. I was driven by elite sport and elite athletes and obsessed with playing and watching any sport. At the time I was entrenched in local and representative netball, holding my first committee position at 16 years old I was a planner, an over achiever, I knew I liked to organise things and be a leader of people. At the end of 2009 I was offered a spot in a Bachelor of Management in Sport and Exercise I was a self-confessed lover of school, but could not wait to pursue what was next. How did you feel at the end of school? Did your life turn out anything like you thought when you were 17 years old?

16.01.2022 We are so proud to be working with long time friend of Sunshine Haus., Tim from Girri Girra Aboriginal Experiences into 2021. Girri Girra Aboriginal Experiences operates on the NSW Central Coast, living and sharing lore, language and connection to the land. Rarriwuy Hick shares her experience with Girri Girra below Posted @withregram @rarriwuyhick There’s a hidden gem only 1 hour north of Sydney.... Where you can walk to the heartbeat of Gadigal and Darkinjung land Where do we start? Well, We’re feeling quite speechless after this experience. We learnt things about this land that you can only learn if you sit quietly and listening to those who are the knowledge keepers. We walked with Tim today from @girrigirra It didn’t take long for us to find what our kin connection was. I feel so far away from my home sometimes. And I know home will always be within me but sometimes you need to feel and see a familiar surrounding that’s the heart definition of HOME. Today these ancestors have made me feel so connected and strong. I feel strong in my spirit. Simply by connecting to country and listening to Tim’s stories. Trust me, you will not regret this experience. You will not only go for a beautiful bush walk but you will have more of an understanding of the land, water, animals and people of this region. This could a great school excursion. A great Christmas gift for someone you love. Or a fun day trip with your friends & family. @welcometocountryau @visitnsw @australia @girrigirra #MattyandRarriGetaway #expereinceyourownbackyard #welcometocountry #LoveNSW #holidayherethisyear

16.01.2022 Always Was, Always Will Be Posted @withregram @desertpeamedia National NAIDOC Week is a time of year in Australia when Black Lives do Matter. Normally held in the first full week of July, 2020 has seen COVID-19 push National NAIDOC Week out to 8 November until 15 November. This year more than ever our community needs to come together to celebrate our strength in our cultural identity, country and our relationships with each other. This year the theme for National NAIDOC ...Week is Always Was Always Will Be recognising that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are spiritually and culturally connected to this country, our collective adaptation and intimate knowledge of Country enabled us to endure climate change, catastrophic droughts and rising sea levels. We have always worked together to share our skills and knowledge to benefit our people, our culture and country. There are elements of Aboriginal First Nations culture that are ancient and enduring and some that have evolved in response to colonisation. Culture continues to evolve and our First Nations culture has evolved through the impacts of genocide and through the impacts of new technologies. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture is the oldest living culture on planet earth and the theme for NAIDOC Week celebrates the hard work of our old people to ensure this legacy for our people. #alwayswasalwayswillbe @bellebudden @renaesaxby on Yaegl Country #naidoc2020 #naidocweek #naidoc #naidocweek2020 #DPM #DesertPeaMedia #firstnations #firstnationsstories #aboriginalculture #seeaustralia #portraitau #nationalportraitgallery #originalnations #aboriginal #natgeoau #indigenousaustralian #abcmyphoto #globeportraits #commonground #connecttomob #aboriginalculture #australia #aboriginalaustralia #aboriginal #australianyouth worldface #globeportraits #portrait_universe #renaesaxby

13.01.2022 A beautiful start to 2021, visiting Wollombi for Girri Girra by Tim Selwyn at The Old Fireshed Gallery. Coasties, this is a beautiful little day trip to a beautiful and quaint town in wine country. Can’t wait to get back there with family next time. Visit Wollombi

13.01.2022 Yet only 23% of social marketers use social data to measure ROI and 16% use social data for competitive insights This is huge numbers. Targeted campaigns based on real data, talking to your customers exactly where they are. On social media! @smperth

12.01.2022 Content marketing is hardcore! And although it is consuming and can be effort, it will benefit your business not just for the sales you’ll get this month or this years, but can serve you for years to come. Well targeted and strategic content is key in developing brand trust and amplifying your brand beyond your competitors. #hardcore

12.01.2022 Hi I thought I should finally introduce myself! Starting this business was not just to work for my clients but to knowledge share on my platforms and I look forward to doing that some more! So the face behind the posts is me, Caitlin.... - Wife and a Mumma to two boys who are 4 and almost 2 years old. - I have spent the past 10 years marketing in health&fitness, sports and retail. Anything from digital marketing to events management to community/NFP partnerships. Name it, I’ve probably had a crack at it. - I’m a big advocate for mums (and women in general) in the workforce. Having kids and building a career is not easy but with the right support, mums are some of the best employees you’ll ever hire. Mums are also the perfect Lady Startup and I love seeing mummas create businesses to suit their families needs. - My marketing speciality lies in everything kids - infants, toddlers, children and youth, both products and services based. I can’t wait to show you some of my previous work and some content I’ve been working on recently. - I’m a pre-service teacher! Teaching really is the industry I should’ve gone into, it’s where my heart is. I am so passionate about childhood learning and development but my passion was so entrenched in elite sport when I finished school, that’s the path I went down and I loved it. However now, I am overjoyed to be pursuing and consuming the knowledge to lead me to my career calling. Drop me a below, and while you’re at it, go give Coastal Headshots a follow. I’m not the greatest 1:1 in front of the camera, and Brooke made my session so fun, all from the comfort of my home office #sunshinehausdigital #digitalmarketing #marketingformums #ladystartups #centralcoastbusiness See more

11.01.2022 How often are you taking the time to think about who you’re creating your content for? Too often I see businesses creating for the outcome, rather than connecting with the person on the other side of the screen. Take the time to really think about who your ideal audience is, and create content in its reflection. And be specific! ie. You want to attract mums, between 21 and 45years of age that live in Australia. Ok cool, but what does that mum like? Is she five coffees a day, ...is she an attachment parent, in her spare time does she exercise or craft or both? The answers to these question will help you build a like minded community attracted to your product. #digitalmarketing #socialmedia #contentcreation #businessmums #mumsinbusiness

07.01.2022 This is how we wished our Sunday looked Instead, hubby and I are hauling sandstone blocks to keep our naughty puppy from getting under our fence. He’s been taking himself for adventures on the waterfront then happily comes back like nothing happened! How are you all spending this chilly Sunday?

05.01.2022 Today feels a bit like a turning point in our business journey. I started Sunshine Haus. after being made redundant due to COVID-19. I was a Brand Experience Executive for the largest retail landlord in Australia, and worked on some really cool projects and campaigns and was a role I loved. However, Sunshine Haus. was something I always had in the works and was doing low-key on the side but didn’t feel like I had the means to really get started. Having the opportunity of ...time has already taught me so much in the last two months, and over the weekend I really feel I’ve nailed the next evolution of Sunshine Haus. by really focusing on my skill set and area of expertise. Our website launches next Monday, and will speak to our niche! We have some incredible clients we’re already working with and I can’t wait to showcase how we’re growing their business. Our mailing list is now open and you can join here > www.sunshinehaus.com.au See more

05.01.2022 Good morning, Happy Monday! Business owners/operators/marketers, let’s talk COVID registers! Unfortunately I’ve seen a few reports and had a couple of friends ask me, the information we’re giving to our favourite eatery’s, retail outlets or recreational spaces, does it give them permission to add me to their marketing database? And my answer is, there is no grey area here, NO they must not add you to their database for marketing purposes. ... Why? Because you have not consented to share your personal information other than to be available to COVID contact tracers should the establishment have a confirmed case of COVID-19. The use of a persons personal and private information without consent is also illegal There are a multitude of ways to increase your database, but this is not it. Got questions, or think your details have been compromised as part of COVID register let me know below, or send me a DM #COVIDRegister #COVIDSafe #COVIDMarketing #sunshinehausdigital #databasemanagement

03.01.2022 The most wonderful time of the year Loving this season with my kids. Hope you’re all getting some much needed downtime with family

03.01.2022 Testimonial I met Tim and Ally at the start of 2020. We worked together on a Central Coast first project, before COVID-19 meant @rugbytots_centralcoastnorth had to pause for a while. It has been an easy ride working with the team again as they rebuild after the COVID shutdown.... I love seeing little humans getting active in any capacity and it is so much fun connecting with their parents and carers over some really fun content!

01.01.2022 Over the weekend I snuck away for a quick getaway with my friends before the Christmas crazy took over. How awesome is this drone shot my friend captured. Should I be asking for a drone under my Christmas tree this year?
