01.01.2022 Gorgeous meditation jars were made in today's session. We added glitter and coloured sequins of various shapes to a jar of water. The water is like our mind and the glitter our thoughts. When the jar is shaken, all our thoughts are swimming about. When you leave it for the glitter to slow down and settle, the mind becomes clearer and calmer. The thoughts are still there but we have some clarity. That's what we are working on in our meditation and relaxation. Thank you to Be Yoga Be Love for the inspiration and my students for experiencing it with me!
