14.01.2022 The end of a confusing year ... celebrating with 21 beautiful souls from my Friday morning Nundah Yoga Class (my Oldies Class as I lovingly call it!!). Four students from the past joined us - age 86 to 92 years. They came to class for many years. Many thanks and blessings to all you wonderful students who have been a part of my classes over the past 40 years of teaching. I am blessed and honoured to have taught yoga, relaxation, meditation and so much more, for such a huge part of my life. I am not sure that I have another 40 years to offer Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year!

03.01.2022 A Tree! At the Finch Hatton Gorge, Mackay Qld. Sometimes you see something from the window of the car are you just have to stop and check it out. A grove of these trees were bearing an unidentified fruit that looked sort of like an avocado. When cut open there was a big seed and what looked like there should be fleshy fruit was like porous wood.
