25.01.2022 Let's train like fighters does not mean there's a fight matched for you. Slow down and just train. Turn up and do as you're asked. That's all. Fights come much much later for those who are ready, committed and dedicated. And don't ask me to spar or I'll send you home. Learn to throw a punch with control before you think about sparring. I love everyone's hunger don't get me wrong, but slow down please and let me get you all to achieving your goals safely and the correct way. Only a dickhead trainer would rush their students. Have faith in me, I know what I'm doing and I'm being smart by slowing you all down and keeping you all safe. This is full contact sport, your safety is my number one priority

24.01.2022 A small snapshot of my own journey in this sport. Been really blessed to train with and alongside some of the greats in this sport over the last 27 years. I have learnt so much from each of these people. I can't wait to share this with the next generation of Straddie Mob. I've learnt from the very best, I just feel lucky to have had those opportunities.

These young men are taught to hold their heads high....... not stick their chests out. So overjoyed to see our young Supajai boys returning home to our gym. I want to make a point here that these young men will be raised in this sport to be humble and respectful gentlemen. This photo says it all,... look at those genuine smiles on their faces. My boys will become nak muays one day and they will learn to be humble, respectful warriors who will be unstoppable in center ring but gentle humble young men outside of the ring and in the gym. I was so scared of her when I was a young kid just starting off in my fight career in the late 90's but when I met her I saw her heart and it was kind and very big.
