12.01.2022 Attention customersDue to the constant complaints about pricing of the hand sanitizer we would like to give everyone some insight1. We have consulted with legal advicer, we haven’t done anything wrong in regard to the pricing. If you insist that we have done anything against the law or regulation, please point out the specific laws and regulations, and we will amend any wrong doings.2. Some people have been suggesting that we have kept the sanitizer out the back and waited fo...r everything to go pear shaped but it would have been impossible for us to predict that the outbreak was going to happen so the answer to that is NO.The first 2 days we sold out of everything we had instore so after that we have then had to find new local suppliers that we could get the sanitizer from which has not been easy. We have spent days and nights sourcing the best price and best quality for our customers. We want the customers who think that the price is unfair to be aware of that the raw materials of hand sanitizer, even bottle and pump price increased dramatically in the past few weeks due to the short supply. Please use some time that is used abusing us to google the price of similar quality sanitizer’s price that is in stock, we can promise that our price is very fair compare to others. It does not make any sense to compare the price with what it was before the break out, they are NOT AVAILABLE .3. We understand that everyone is really angry about the current situation. Abusing us e.g. one comment said that they wish see the owners whole family dying with COVID-19 is not going to help to improve the bad situation. We have been telling our customer don’t buy it right now unless you really need it, the price of it will fall soon when there is more sanitizer produced. We didn’t create the panic with the high price, we are helping customers who really need this product at least we have access to it for people who need it but cannot find it.
