24.01.2022 Another 8 week fitness challenge done and dusted! Celebrations were epic as usual ... we know how to party and I’m so happy I finally got to have my 50’s night! everyone looked amazing! A big congratulations for those who stuck it out till the end... you are all winners to me! A massive congratulations to our winner Kate Louise Roza She lost a huge 5.1% of body fat... Gained muscle and her fitness skyrocketed! Kate won $340 inferno dollars! ... Thank you to our prizes donated from fellow stay at home mum’s in business Thrive for life nutrition , Natures inspirations oils and Lawdy miss clawdy hair dressers. I will share their pages.
