20.01.2022 For the safety of our customers and our on-road technicians, Tulbuz Group has undergone several changes in order to keep everyone safe in light of COVID-19. The following procedures are being implemented for the foreseeable future: 1. Thorough Hand Washing Procedures Our staff have been educated in hand washing techniques to mitigate the risk of germs spreading. Each technician will undergo strict and regular hand washing procedures to prevent the spread of bacteria and virus...es, before and whilst they are onsite. 2. Respiratory Hygiene and PPE (personal protective equipment) For the type of work we are engaged to do, our technicians are trained in the use of recommended safety gear and PPE. Moving forward, our technicians will implement the use of respiratory equipment and PPE if they feel it is necessary. 3. Rescheduling Your Jobs From now on, when a booking is received, the customer will be asked if they are showing cold or flu-like symptoms. If they are, we may have to reschedule your booking or consider the aspect of social distancing. 4. Isolating Our Staff We will be taking the initiative to isolate our staff if they have undiagnosed cold or flu-like symptoms, or have returned from overseas travel. 5. Equipment Cleaning All of our drying equipment and other restoration equipment used onsite will be sanitized after each use, and before entering a new property. We want to ensure no bacteria is transferred via the use of equipment. 6. Keeping a Safe Distance We ask that all customers respect a one-metre personal space radius in order to protect themselves and our technicians from exposure to the virus. We will no longer initiate a handshake on arrival or departure. Thank you for your understanding. We wish you and your family all the best in this season. Flexi Hoses have a limited life span, so it is important that they are checked regularly and changed every 5 years. You can check your Flexis by running your fingers along the braided casing to check for bumps, scratches, or ruptures. Check that all connectors remain tight and intact. Check regularly for leakage around all water appliances. Ensure that any damage is mitigated by a licensed plumber to avoid further damage.
