14.01.2022 Corrections. Sometimes treatments don’t always go to plan. Sometimes there is a complication. Sometimes results are not what you expected.... And sometimes you just don’t like how it feels. Suppelle can offer a second opinion. A non-judgmental consultation can discuss your concerns, your options and what you need to ask your injector. In the first instance, any corrections should be sought from your original injector. Medical procedures carry a duty of care. So the injector who did the treatment would more than likely want to know and be given the opportunity to help you find a solution. If this cannot be achieved and you choose to have your corrective work at Suppelle, there are a few details needed to assist with the solution, to ensure your safety and for compatibility with products: the exact product that was used ie. brand, product name, batch number and expiry date the volume of the product used ie. how many units / mls the facial area where it was injected the date of injection. Medical records need to be kept for 7 years in Australia, so if you had a treatment problem in the past you should be able to ask that clinic for the details. Previously the normal process was travelling to major cities for industry conferences and multiple training workshops for new products or new techniques or simply to learn from the cosmetic / plastic / dermatology industry experts. ... This year has seen the rapid development of online formats: webinars, zoom platforms, and professional logins to access resources including FaceTime for practical training. Sometimes these sessions are held during work hours, sometimes after hours, and sometimes in the middle of the night if hosted internationally. As you can appreciate, time still needs to be taken out of Suppelle’s work schedule in order to attend all educational sessions related to injectables and medical skin care.
