17.01.2022 ok. so i've not had much to say b4, but now suffering with my first arthritis in my right thumb. I'm right handed. My sle chronic fatigue syndrome is in remissi...on. I have a herniated disc in my back which, with my thumb, stops me from doing things i like, such as gardening which is good for my depression!!! I'm trying the Brauer joint and muscle cream which was suggested by the well known pharmacist on the wellness program on tv. the panadol osteo doesn't seem to do anything. I'm also wearing a thumb splint! I have reflux so not supposed to take anti=inflammatories!! Help. See more
