04.01.2022 We quite often SUP with the currents but allow for having to paddle back against the tide. We always have a back up plan, & only go if all paddlers are ready. Keep a close eye on the currents & don't go if you're not ready for it, or book a session with us. Yesterday Bec rescued another 3 swimmers (not in our group) & paddled them back to safety. 2 swimmers are pictured in the background here.
