18.01.2022 One of our jobs for this month is to renovate an old bedroom with existing en-suite into a self contained studio apartment for our client to rent out in Broadbeach Waters. Below are a couple of initial photos. When we commenced the demolition process we found termites had been present but no longer active. We assessed the damage and notified the client. We then took further measure enlisting a specialist to make sure that the termites were no longer active within the residen...ce and resumed building. In this case the client was lucky and it seems that the damage was isolated to non structural walls we were demolishing, no other activity was detected. If you have room in your home to create a space that you may be able to rent out then Sureline Building can certainly help! 16.01.2022 Built this little bridge for a client in Bonogin so that he could drive his ride on over the creek and tend to the other side of his yard. It is nice to have different projects every now and then!

09.01.2022 Today we come out of the ground for stage one at out Runaway Bay job! Big thank you to Craig Forbes Concreting for the prep and placement of our two small slabs! Yes that is Craig Forbes himself on the screed in the photo! ! I’ll be lucky to catch him doing that again!! It’s always a good day to get a build out of the ground!
