25.01.2022 Welcome baby Louis to the surfcoast smash cake family! We are all doing well and are just so besotted with our new addition! Its a difficult time to be welcoming a new member to the extended family and our friends when social distancing is so important and the fact that the hospitals are in lock down and the kids couldnt come to see bubs or myself but the staff at Epworth Maternity Geelong are amazing and just so accommodating and kind, especially... our obstetrician Emily Huning making this experience so calm and beautiful especially when I had so many anxieties going into the birth. We honestly couldnt fault the whole experience and are forever grateful for the memories we take away through this strange time everyone is living in. I had so many compliments on the blanket from @homegrownkidsau its so soft the midwives were loving it just as much as Louis! also couldnt help but match his going home outfit with his blanket. #hotelepworth @ Epworth Private Hospital Waurn Ponds See more

24.01.2022 One of the last of my orders to go out over the next week... its crazy times out there and we hope that everyone stays safe and healthy. Its going to be rough financially for a lot of people (including us if we both cant work) and although we wish it wasnt to be like that the health of every single person is more important than money. Its a good time to get creative in the kitchen/activities/life and get back to basic and be grateful for your loved ones and to remember o...nce this is all over not to take the small things in life like a hug or a cuppa and a chin wag with a friend for granted. If you have an order and want to postpone it or even cancel we are more than happy for that at this stressful time. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the other side of this and creating a new and wonderful world full of grateful, happy, healthy people. We are taking orders for July, we do mini cakes for 1-2 ppl, small cakes for up to 6 ppl, medium up to 10ppl and then large and XL - as we are not sure what the future holds with isolation and social distancing we are more than happy to wait until July for you to decide on size there is no need to lock that part in just yet... all you need to do is book your date and start thinking of your design!

My tiny lil business I think has now graduated to a small business with the amount of support I have received and how much it has grown this passed year! I don’t know how I fit it all in Hairdressing, cake decorating and being a mum of 4 but I wouldn’t want my life any other way I am so blessed with how my business has grown so organically I’ve the passed 3 years a...nd I’m now busier than I’ve ever been and it just keeps getting busier!
