09.01.2022 Coconut Lime Slice Gluten free Dairy free Base: 3/4 cup walnuts 1/4 cup desiccated coconut... 5 Medjool dates Pinch of sea salt Filling: 1cup soaked cashews 1cup coconut yoghurt (CoYo) 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/4 cup of maple syrup Juice & zest of a lime Method: Line a small loaf tin Base: Combine base ingredients in a food processor , when an even grain press into the tin. Cover and place in the freezer. Filling: Blend all filling ingredients until smooth & creamy. Adjust the lime and syrup to taste. Pour filling over base, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Defrost 30 minutes prior to serving. See more
