Sushi Dragon maintains the highest food safety & hygiene standards as possible, based on the current circumstances, we have imposed supervision on all the food procedures to strictly follow up all the regulations of Australian Food Safety. ... Your safety is important to us. We will ensure the following actions daily: 1. Hand sanitizers available for your use in the shop. 2. Team members must stay at home if they show any symptoms of illness or have recently returned from overseas. 3. Mandatory routine hand washing by all the team members has been implemented as per the recommended WHO & Australian Food Safety Standards.
