22.01.2022 Simple, easy delicious!!

19.01.2022 Below guys I have listed the link for 2 great nutrition websites. Have a look before making your mind up. Website 1 - does not mean you need to be a body builder to use some of the ideas listed. Not only does the website have meal plans but also includes nutrition tips and recipes to ensure your not getting stumped for ideas! Website 2 - does not mean you need to be apart of an F45 studio or apart of the challenges they offer. But instead offers an app with exciting, healthy ...and easy options to anyone for free. It includes a maintenance menu and a list of tips to help you start reaching those healthy nutrition goals! Also consider apps such as my fitness pal which is great for helping to identify nutritional breakdowns e.g calories, fats and kilojoules. This can help you to have a better understanding of your diet and daily consumption of each food group. https://www.bodybuilding.com/category/nutrition-tips https://f45challenge.com/advice-list/nutrition/

03.01.2022 Hi guys and welcome to Sustain Group Fitness! My name is Jess and I am currently completing a certificate 3 in fitness with www.fitcollege.edu.com. Here is my back story. I started my fitness journey in 2012 after 20 years of an unhealthy relationship with food and not an overly active lifestyle. The journey has not always been easy and in the beginning I quickly became obsessed. I was focusing only on what the scales said and not necessarily making healthy changes. I was do...ing endless hours of cardio and went from 104kg - 54kg in around 6 months. Although I thought I looked great, I quickly realised I had swapped one unhealthy habit for another. It took me a long time to find a healthy balance between enjoying health and fitness and still being able to enjoy life. I believe the 80-20% (healthy choices 80% of the time) ratio is very important to sustaining healthy choices and aim to encourage people that health and fitness isn't eating carrot sticks and endless hours on the treadmill. I enjoy a mixture of weights and cardio workouts, that no longer feels like a chore but has helped my personal growth and mental state immensely over time. I hope to install this into as many individuals as possible.
