25.01.2022 In light of the recent increase of COVID -19 cases in Batemans Bay and South Coast areas; we have once again decided to semi close the practice to minimize the risk of community transmission. We are going to cease all non-urgent dental treatment (hygiene appointments) until further notice. We will be providing relief of any dental pain to our patients. This decision wasn’t taken lightly and we apologise for any inconvenience as this is out of our control and our priority is ...keeping the health of our patients and staff safe and well until this situation is controlled. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us and we prefer communicating via phone 02 4472 6048 or by email [email protected] . Thank you for your understanding and support. With your help we can minimize our part in the spread of this virus to our beautiful town and people. During this down time we will be working on our Dental Health Week promo How much sugar is in your trolley? Stay tuned for our exciting information and tips. Stay safe x

22.01.2022 Working from home? It is easy to lose the structure of your day and this may lead to more snacking. Frequent eating exposes your teeth to more acid challenges which can lead to decay.

21.01.2022 As you are aware the state restrictions with COVID-19 have eased, this means we are now able to see all our beautiful patients again. WOOHOO!!!! We still need to be cautious as the virus hasn’t been eradicated; we are undertaking all measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Our previous regulations of hand hygiene and pre appointment screening still apply. Longer appointments will be offered to allow for social distancing between patients, this may mean tha...t there are fewer options for appointments. Please call us to book to organise appointments and if you have any questions about the steps we take to keep you, our patient and staff safe during these times. Thank you for your ongoing support and we look forward to seeing you soon. Phone: 02 4472 6048

19.01.2022 With all that is going on in the world it is easy to slip into the habit of finding comfort in less than ideal food. Please remember to pause and think about what you are eating.

17.01.2022 When reading labels look at the value for sugar per 100 grams. Ideally look for food and drinks with less than 5 grams per 100 grams, but less than 10 grams is acceptable. Remember 1 teaspoon = 4 grams Recommended daily sugar limit = 6 teaspoons or 24 grams

07.01.2022 Suter Dental values the health and safety of all our staff and patients. We are committed to provide quality care in a safe environment, therefore we are constantly monitoring guidelines by NSW health regarding the Corona Virus. To ensure all our staff and patients remain safe, we ask that you call us on 447260489 to reschedule your appointment if you answer YES to any of the following questions below: Have you got a fever or history of fever and ACUTE respiratory infection (shortness of breath or cough or sore throat)? Any overseas travel (including transit) in the last 14 days? Close contact in the last 14 days with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19?

03.01.2022 Due to the current decrease in COVID - 19 cases in NSW, the AHPPC have recommended dental practices gradually transition to business as normal. This starts with pushing restrictions back to LEVEL 2, starting Monday 27th April. While the easing of restrictions is some great news it does not yet mean we are returning to business as usual. Our practice is open and are now able to perform some non-urgent dental treatment by appointment only for our current patients, that are les...s likely to generate aerosols. When aerosol- producing procedures are undertaken, it is mandatory that we use a dental dam. This is in place to protect our staff and families while we continue our fight against COVID-19. Under LEVEL 2 restrictions any non urgent treatment will still be deferred, this includes treatment such as routine hygiene appointments, asymptomatic fillings etc. We are still having to be selective with treatment we perform due to the current shortages and limited access to dental protective and other equipment. We ask all patients attending our practice to kindly wait in your car until we are ready to see you, wash your hands with either soap & water OR sanitiser as you enter. If you have any concerns or issues, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email. We appreciate your understanding and support during these wacky times. 03.01.2022 To all our wonderful patient community, We want to reassure you that the health, well being and safety of our patients and team is our top priority, especially during this difficult time. As the spread of COVID-19 continues to be a global issue we understand that this situation is a concern for all our patients and the wider community. Keeping in mind this ever-changing condition, and after careful consideration and advice from the Australian Dental Association (ADA) we have... made the decision to close the practice to reduce the risk to our patients and staff. We have been instructed to cease all non-essential dental treatment during this period. This means in the short term we are only able to treat emergency and urgent cases, by appointment only. If you are in need of an urgent/emergency appointment please contact us on 4472 6048 or send us an email on [email protected] and we will do our best to get back to you ASAP. We will do our absolute best to continue keeping you up to date but unfortunately a lot of things are out of our control. We are very much planning coming out the other side and providing the excellent care that you deserve. Thank you for all your support during this uncertain time. In the mean-time keep brushing (and flossing) and stay safe and healthy. We took some time as a team to remember positivity rocks, please try and do the same. From Miles, Kylie, Letitia, Roselynn, Emma, Elise & Kristy

03.01.2022 Wishing everyone a very happy and safe Easter. Thanks and love to all our fabulous staff and patients.
