01.01.2022 This image is the Sutherland Central Library after 1993 when it reopened its doors in a new building on the corner of Stapleton Avenue Sutherland. The Library has been on this site for about 27 years formerly located on the ground floor of the Administration Centre of Sutherland Shire Council next to Forby Gardens on Eton Street. In was originally located in a renovated doctor’s surgery near to the same site. Picture and text: Sutherland Shire Libraries Local Studies #leaderflashback
