Come and try a Free Athletics Fun Session on Wednesday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm at Wright Park, Queanbeyan or Friday at the Jerrabomberra oval, with me Suzan Fulop level IV track and field coach, and Jordan Shelly, who is the Under 20 age champion in 100m sprint, also the Australian record holder in the Under 16, 100m and 200m sprint.... It is fun and in the same time provides the fundamental skills of running, jumping and throwing. After the free trial, you can join in for a once a week training, on Wednesday at Wright Park, Queanbeyan or Friday at the Jerrabomberra Oval. The session runs for one hour, 4:00-5:00pm. I have 19 years coaching experience. I coach all age group, from novice to the elite level. 22.01.2022 We had our first Pilates "Come and Try" class. It was a refreshing min-body workout. Pilates gets your mind in tune with your body. By emphasizing proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and complete concentration on smooth, flowing movements.

12.01.2022 Benefit of Pilates with Q and A. Q: Can Pilates change my body shape? A: Yes If you practice Pilates regularly, it will change your body. Known for creating long, strong muscles and a leaner look, Pilates improves your muscle tone, balances musculature, supports beautiful posture, and teaches you to move with ease and grace. All of these things will make you look and feel very fit. Q: How often is good to do Pilates?... A: 2-3 times per week. In Pilates, as with many other fitness systems, performing workouts a minimum of three times per week is a good rule of thumb. This is a schedule that will increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. Q: How long does it take to see results from Pilates? A: 10-12 sessions. To quote Joseph Pilates: In 10 sessions you will feel better, in 20 you will look better, and in 30 you will have a whole new body. If you are doing 2-3 classes a week, you should start to see results in 10-12 weeks. If you attend one class a week, you will still see results but it might take longer.
