09.01.2022 DID YOU NOTICE: All of the Google reviews,here is just one. Pete Bouris 2 weeks ago Oven & Dishwasher repair disaster... Started off with a technician will call you 30 minutes upon arrival, 10 minutes before he turns up he calls, needed to rush home to be there. $150 later and both appliances are in the same state. Technician left by stating, don't worry we won't charge you another call out fee, but does not take into consideration the four hours I just spent waiting and probably another 4 hours on the next visit. I was told he would call the office and come back to me today regarding when he can repair the oven. No phone call, I called in 4 days later and was told they would check and call me back which they did and indicated they don't have a date but it’s on back order. I called Bosch directly and they indicated they could have had the parts to be tomorrow, WHO DO YOU BELIEVE. I was also told that my dishwasher is on a recall, which Master Appliances experts did not seem to indicate to me. ARE THEY REALLY EXPERTS I called back Master Appliance and indicated to them I was not happy with the service level and why it’s not acceptable. I was then told what a nice man I am (sarcastically) and hung up on. Suggestion : don’t pay these guys until they have a solution or utilise another supplier.
