Learn more about breastfeeding from Lactation Consultant and Osteopath Emily Jones. Appreciate how research can translate into clinical practice with Dr. Denise Cornall PhD, practising Osteopath and Physiotherapist. Identify and expand your awareness of infant feeding in conjunction with mental health considerations and bonding between Mum and Baby with Perinatal Counsellor Suzanne Hurley. This is a one-off opportunity to enhance your skills, build your network and enhance your ability to co-treat and co-refer with other qualified and experienced health professionals. 19.01.2022 It is such a pleasure when a piece of writing transforms itself into my own life. I have been noticing my confidence stumble in my fitness training efforts. Having been very fit as a professional dancer in my younger years I am now grappling with the moment of crisis in each training session in whether I can do this. It demands of me to literally work through it minute by minute, breathing, mentally pausing & reassuring myself that my heart will not stop or falter but rather that the discomfort I feel physically will transform into relief, release and pride at just showing up & doing it.
