24.01.2022 That’s a wrap for our large multi level deck job in Woodford! The rain held it up a bit but the end result looks amazing. Thanks to the team Jonno Collins and Harry Duff for cracking workmanship once again. On to the next one

24.01.2022 We have had some big machines on our winmalee job so far but this 20t crane tops the list! It made light work of getting the blocks down to start laying next week

24.01.2022 It’s time to make this house look pretty! The cladding has started and the team are making it look easy. The cladding is colour bond custom orb in ironstone mixed with Stria 305mm cladding board to be painted in wind spray And for something different the eaves are mini orb in shale grey.

21.01.2022 After a few weeks of fire rating the roof, fascia and eaves we have the roof on. Colourbond roof sheets in shale grey. Next step is to get the Windows in and more fire rating for the walls As always a great effort from all the team!

20.01.2022 The suspended slabs are in! The rain came a bit earlier than we thought which made it tough to finish off the slabs but Aaron and the boys from Blue Mountains Excavation & Earthmoving worked back until 7pm last night to get a perfect finish! Any concreting needs give them a call. Now to start the framework, can’t wait.

20.01.2022 The frame work is almost completed at winmalee. Time to start fire rating the eaves and fascia and get the roof on in the next couple of weeks, can’t wait

18.01.2022 Our project in winmalee is getting out of the ground! Thanks to Bonswik Rich @ BR Masonry and his team always quality work. More footing and slabs to follow over the next few weeks

17.01.2022 After finishing up another job the last few weeks we are getting stuck into the framework at our winmalee project! It is starting to take shape now. Great effort from the team as usual.

15.01.2022 The boys are making great progress on this large deck in Springwood it’s 115m2 It is going to look amazing when it’s finished

13.01.2022 Slab 1 of 3 completed in our Winmalee job complete with hydronic underfloor heating in the master en-suites. Block work is the next stage then it will start taking shape.

10.01.2022 All the steel has been installed thanks to Chase it welding. It was an effort getting 2x 500kg beams in for the deck but the boys had a few extra wheetbix in the morning and made it look easy! More framing for next week to follow now

10.01.2022 A huge effort from the boys at B R Masonry. To get the3000 odd blocks laid for the 23m3 of core fill to fill them today. That’s just over 50m3 of concrete so far and 2 more slabs to go down next week A lot of hard hard work from the team but it is starting to take shape

09.01.2022 It’s been a busy few for the team. We finished off this deck for an owner builder. Created a detailed timber handrail and balustrades using merbou. Not a bad view as well, got to love building in the blue mountains!

04.01.2022 Everybody loves a large DECK! This job is getting closer to wrapping it up. 115m2 of deck space with Versiclad insulated roof panels and skylight strips. The old brickwork has been battened out and new weather boards installed for a new look Finished photos to show soon.
