13.01.2022 Firstly I would like to thank my beautiful family for spending the whole weekend gutting the gym, rearranging and cleaning everything to NSW health standards. I’m so excited that with some of the restrictions being lifted we are able to move back inside out of the cold and the wet ground. Please note there will still only be 9 spots per bootcamp and spots will fill up quickly so make sure you book early. Can’t wait to see you all

13.01.2022 Sweat It PT is happy to announce that we will reopen our doors on Monday the 15th June. Due to the current circumstances, there will be a few protocols put into place. 1 - First and foremost, if you are unwell, have a cough, temperature, please DO NOT ATTEND our studio... 2 - As we are only allowed limited numbers per boot camp, you do need to book your spot. If for any reason you need to cancel please give as much notice as possible to allow someone on the waiting list your place. 3 - There will be a table set up with hand sanitizer for you to use when you enter. There will also be cleaning products for all the equipment 4 - You are required to bring your own towel and mat. I will still provide water but where possible please bring your own. I appreciate your co-operation in this and I look forward to seeing all your smiling faces on the 15th. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks Kate
