I ask everyone I see this on a daily basis so I feel that it shouldn't be kept for one day but I'm glad that there is a light beaming down on this subject. It is so important to share and to talk about struggles and insecurities openly and I know that I do with no shame. We need to be open with all of these things so that it can be accepted as problem and not just a phase. It takes a long time to get ...comfortable with being not okay but when you realise that help is good, you're on a path to so many better things. I know that I am. So take some time to see help if you need to, or talk to a loved one, sometimes a talk is all you need. Don't be afraid to ask if someone you know is okay.
