02.01.2022 Are you usually the one swimming with your baby in one of our Parent Baby classes? Would you like to show off your babys skills in the pool to your partner? Why not join our Parents and Baby Play Day! For $10 per family you can have fun in our heated pool. On Sunday 20 September we will open our Merriwa pool from 1-3 pm for all Parent Baby customers (Infants under 3 years old). You and your partner can hop in with your baby and have a swim together in our pool where the wate...r is a beautiful 32 degree temperature. Our teachers will be in the pool and on pool deck to help when needed, to answer any questions you might have on your child and our program and to join in the fun of mat runs, toy hunts and under water swims. Because this is a great opportunity to meet our fantastic team, new customers are welcome too! A $10 family entry fee will apply for new and existing customers. 02.01.2022 In our Parent Baby classes we will teach you how to let your baby go under water in a safe and enjoyable way while also teaching your baby how to hold their breath. We know your baby is precious, therefor we never "dunk". We also believe theres more to infant swimming lessons than just going under water. Lessons are about water safety, bonding, socialisation and a variety of aquatic skills.

02.01.2022 Fun Fact Friday Feedback Week: 7 - 13 September. All classes will finish 3 minutes earlier. When your child gets out of the water you have the chance to go and speak to your their instructor about their progress. If your instructor is away, you will receive a progress report when they return. Please remember to be quick so that all parents can get feedback!

This one is often confused with arrrgh, which is of course the sound you make when you sit on a belaying pin. Arrr! can mean, variously, yes, I agree, Im happy, Im enjoying this beer, My team is going to win it all, I saw that television show, it sucked! and That was a clever remark you or I just made. And those are just a few of the myriad possibilities of Arrr!

01.01.2022 Congratulations Kegan Hensworth for winning our Father of the Year Award! This is what his partner told us for his nomination: He often takes the girls by himself to their lessons, taking care of breakfast, packing their bags and getting them changed before and after the lesson. Kegan has been in the pool with both his daughters for the last 4,5 years in their Parent Baby classes.
