20.01.2022 "When I started my journey of coaching triathletes and open water swimmers back in 2011, I quickly realized I KNEW VERY LITTLE ABOUT HOW TO TEACH PEOPLE TO SWIM..." Hey, its Coach Mike here... Being able to swim and being able to TEACH people to swim are TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS. During my first few seasons of coaching, I scoured the internet for ideas, tips, and techniques hoping I could help my athletes by duct-taping all those tips and techniques together.
