14.01.2022 Is the swim timed? While Swim the Island isn’t a competitive race as such, it’s always fun to know how fast you swam, right? All swimmers will wear an electronic timing chip and results will be available at the completion of the event. Since it’s not a race, there won’t be any age group presentations, but make sure you hang around for the random prize draws; we’ve got some great giveaways to snap up! 01.01.2022 What if the event is cancelled? If the event is to be cancelled; participants will receive a full refund or the offer of entry into next year’s event. The Event Organisers and Mudjimba Surf Life Saving Club will work together prior to the event to access the conditions and notify participants as soon as possible. The final decision will be made on Thursday before event day. Participant safety is our number one priority.
