21.01.2022 Hey everyone. In this rapidly changing environment its with heavy hearts that we announce we will not be dancing tomorrow night. We hope it will be a short closure but Swing Patrol has rolled out a complete shut down this week in response to the health warnings around COVID-19. This means Point Cook Swing Patrol will be on hold until further notice. Its been a wonderful start to 2020 for Point Cook Swing Patrol and a massive thanks to all those that have made Wednesday such a great evening. Be assured we will be back. I know many have been waiting for Swing Patrol to offer some on-line learning opportunities, well Im so happy to let you know that the project is well and truly in the making. Unfortunately, I wont be able to deliver any classes myself as I am head-deep in iso home-schooling but I know all the teachers involved and the high calibre of dancing that will be on offer. As the restrictions on dancing continues we are looking at ways to stay connected to our Swing community, so Swing Patrol Point Cook has decided to officially run fortnightly Zoom catch-up nights. They will be quick (30mins or so) on a Wednesday evening at 8.30pm - first one will be tomorrow night. Bring a glass of wine, or any beverage of your choice, turn up in your PJs or dress up for the occassion! It will be a bit random, most nights we wi...ll just chat but others we will show dance clips, teach a dance step or maybe even have a trivia night!
