13.01.2022 Thank You Jessica’s colourful words and I hate you face when she’s smoked I started coaching Jess and her Partner Charlee last year with the intention of loosing abit of weight doing their favourite BOXING! As a boxer I’ve often found myself bored shitless doing boxfit classes because straights for 5 minutes and running is Booooring!!!... So naturally I kept it spicy concentrating on technique and changing it up as much as possible to keep em engaged, excited and pumped up for growth on those tricky days! We’ve grown a lot since last year because you didn’t for a second give up on yourselves, eachother and remained coachable the whole way! Like the saying goes your becoming is tied up in your continuing and that you have! BTW You’re welcome Jess Leathart

12.01.2022 How many times have you written down goals and just casually not achieved em ???? I always had a goal to learn to lift and one day compete in a CrossFit comp aaand naturally had ZERO clue where to start! After a heck of a lot of learning, training, ACCIDENTAL EXTRA’S or BOBOO’S and many hours filled with blood sweat and tears I got it in the end!!!... How?? I listened and learned from those who had the knowledge I needed and I got my ass moving I was nervous as heck for my first in house comp and took many nervous dashes to the toilet before we started but I tell ya what after months of throwing a bar around for fun it felt so good seeing old faithful loaded up with plates ready for some FUN!!! You know what was even BETTER though??? Having a goal I thought was unattainable become attainable and achieved!!!! Let’s not leave 2021 with a list of goals chilling in the maybe later pile on New Years!

08.01.2022 We’ve REBRANDED!!!!! No doubt you would have noticed a name change and some sneaky little teasers along the way but our Big Guy Maia is here and isn’t he Beautiful!!!! With the help of my creative genius friend Livvyy Leathart who incorporated so much of me into this logo and bought my vision for Lion Heart personal fitness to life!... It’s no secret I’m a person who does things from the heart but under all that soft bubbly hype girl exterior there is a strong, fearless and loyal spirit that will be right there with you through any battle! A tribute to my twin flame Maia who’s name embodies bravery and strength was placed into the creation of the lion made this so much more special because Livvy truly went that extra mile to ensure every detail had a meaning. 02.01.2022 Life’s abit awkward sometimes so learn to laugh at it especially if your Queen awks like me! There is absolutely no way I would have even touched this typa equipment but after learning the benefits of using it, abit of practice and a hype squad to cheer my awkward ass on...... Best believe I’d give it another awkward jam coz it’s all about those Booty gains right?!
