23.01.2022 It was an honour to host the young Swiss citizenship ceremony for the fourth year today. A big thank you to the Honorary Consulate in Melbourne, the Consulate General in Sydney, the CSA Oceania and the Swiss sports group 'Steinbocks' for their contributions to make this another uplifting ceremony.

Believe me, tonight's decision was not an easy one and there were lots of pros and cons discussed in the lead-up to the vote. 19.01.2022 Online Swiss Club of Victoria Trivia Night on Friday 30th October from 7:00 pm. Test your general knowledge against that of other members and guests in an exciting online Kahoot format. The night will be hosted by Claude online via Zoom and will feature 100 multiple choice questions for all the family.... The night is limited to 50 participants/teams allowing you to register your family as a team or individual entries are welcomed also. Questions will be answered using a secondary device (mobile phone or tablet) using the Kahoot App that is available at the Apple and Android Play stores. 12.01.2022 Today was all about the youngest Swiss in our community. We had an amazing BBQ with sausages donated by Walmas on a sunny Melbourne day. Then Samichlaus and Schmutzli came to visit and brought goodie bags for all the kids. Thank you so much to all the families who joined us as well as our volunteers and helpers for another successful function .

12.01.2022 Kapelle Grüetzi Mitenand will not be performing at the Swiss Club as previously advertised on February 7, 2019, as the band are in Switzerland rehearsing to perform on February 9 - live on SRF's Viva Folksmusik 2019. The band will be back to perform at the club again on March 7 as scheduled.

10.01.2022 What a beautiful afternoon at the Swiss Club today, hosting the annual Seniors Christmas Afternoon Tea for our community. It was lovely to see so many familiar and happy faces. A big thank you to all the volunteers who made this another successful event with food, entertainment, lots of door prizes and most of all - memories. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year everyone!
