13.01.2022 Safety tip for today- Sedentary risks reduced by walking, rather than gym work! Sedentary workers who get up and briefly walk around the office several times an hour are more likely to be healthy than those who sit for "large chunks of time" between exercise sessions. So let`s get up and stretch our legs for a while right now. I certainly am!
