20.01.2022 WEDNESDAY WORKOUT - ITS ALL ABOUT THE BUTT! The Workout... >> 60 seconds of the leg combo on the right side (as little rest as possible between exercises) followed by 30 seconds of Burpees/30 seonds rest - Repeat Left side + Burpees for 30 seconds/30 rest... >> Repeat leg combo on both sides but this round swap out the Burpees for Jump Squats >> Repeat leg combo on both sides, this round swap out the jump squats for Mt. Climbers ** Remember to use the same leg for all the work on one leg for each exercise. For example, in the bench squats, use the right leg to stand up on, the right leg to step up on in the step ups, the right leg is under the hip in the split squat and the right leg drives you up in the jump lunge (see video)

Its fine to start with a low step height, as well. For this exercise, your form is more important than the step height.
