25.01.2022 Proper diagnosis + proper rehab = athlete longevity. Youre welcome to rush through your rehab, but a rolled ankle can quickly become a chronic injury if you rush back into training without the proper rehabilitation.

Her specialities are: Endurance athletes Health and performance testing Injury Rehabilitation... Pre- and Post-Partum conditioning Kids and teens movement improvement Why are these her interest areas? she grew up an endurance ocean swimmer but took up running and triathlon in her early 20s as a PhD candidate, she loves numbers, and how these numbers can enhance personal performance problem solving gets Claire out of bed in the morning! Working closely with allied health care practitioners, and through evidence based training principals, she has helped rehab numerous injuries and pain.
