25.01.2022 As a Computer Coach I work with small business and individuals who struggle and waste time on the computer doing whatever it is they want to do. This week I worked with Gina a small biz owner who pays $400 a month for SEO to make her visible on search engines - she has a website she has not updated since it was made and doesnt know or make time to learn to use it ( a dead website) I explained why her SEO doesnt work and set up user friendly free alternatives that will giv...e her control & work - iPhone 7 & PC Grant is in real estate he needs to complete a CPD module thats in Moodle on a Windows 7 PC - I am helping him access the course information and complete the modules - iPhone & IPad Ben works in Pitt St he was never trained how to use a computer and was long overdue with his CPD requirements- I met him at his office & showed many short cuts - filing methods - and explained where his files go and how to keep them - we completed his CPD requirements- this was all done in 2 hours - windows 7 pc Lynn as a mature ish student needs help creating mood boards using the many editing & creative features of PowerPoint using her Mac - she bought a new iPhone 8+ as she had run out of memory ( a trap I am seeing way to often) - as an Apple consultant a few minutes face to face replaced the hours she had spent standing at the Apple shop in the cue - & on the phone getting into a worse mess (anxious type)! John needs basic Windows - email help on Windows 10 & Samsung When you know how to do what you need to do - the doing becomes effortless What is the benefit of using my professional teaching and support services? 1.
