03.01.2022 Hello We are delighted to announce that the Development Application for our Real Tennis court at Cheltenham has been submitted to Hornsby Council, and a decision is expected within the next couple of months. We're sure you've been much anticipating this milestone, and will be excited at the prospect of the coming fund raising effort for our own new court.... Meanwhile you may have heard that Princes Club in Washington DC, and Court Tennis Daniel Island in Charleston SC, are also striving for the final portion of funding for their new courts. Below/attached is an invite by ARTA to Australian Real Tennis lovers to attend a Washington Court Tennis Zoom information session on Sunday morning 15 November at 10am AEST. SRTC would like to encourage all of our members to follow the link and hear the good news from Washington. We're sure that our American friends will get behind our fund raising efforts when our time is right. So while supporting your local club is paramount to SRTC's future success, contributing to international efforts to build more courts is always going to be of vital importance too - every little bit will go a long way!
