25.01.2022 An agent in a million! Vendor Review - Recommended by Cally Moores 17 June 2018... Gordon promised to work hard for a great sale for our home and he delivered in spades and exceeded our expectations. He goes the extra mile ...nothing is too much trouble for him (watering pot plants if away ...in fact any thing!) He puts out many well appointed leader boards and banners very early on the day of a show house. His professionalism and honesty is refreshing in this day and age. He has a can do attitude and is an excellent communicator and negotiator. 16.01.2022 We can't help noticing that some of our competitors have listed properties for sale 1 week prior to Christmas???? FACT: There will be NO activity from now until at least the 3rd week of January or 1st week of February. What does this mean? It means that these Vendors will get premium exposure on realestate.com.au during the period no one is looking to buy!... Once the market takes off again their listings will turn small and it will cost over $800.00 to bring it back on page 1. So ultimately we feel these agents have failed to give their Vendors sound advice. They should have relaxed now and listed in February! A good agent is not only there to sell your place but is there to provide a Vendor with professional advice. Greedy agents just to get the listing will do anything!
