10.05.2022 HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK It’s not every day that a true Croatian AND Australian hero rocks up to your Thursday night training session. But last night, we had suc...h the honour. Josip Šimuni, along with Petar Krpan (Board Member) and Ante Kuluši (Technical Director) from the Hrvatski Nogometni Savez (Croatian Football Federation) visited the Sydney United Sports Centre & King Tom Club last night to begin establishing closer links and dialogue between the HNS and Croatian-Australian Footballers. They met with presidents of our clubs to identify areas where the HNS can support our clubs and players, build player development, and also announce a very exciting Summer Football Camp in January 2023. Australian-born, Josip Šimuni, has 105 International Caps representing Croatia and 14 Seasons in the Bundeliga under his belt, is now the head coach for the Croatian National U19s squad. Coming through the AIS Program in Canberra himself, Josip has witnessed first-hand the highs and lows of Football here in Australia as a youth, and is working hard, along side the HNS to develop effective programs to enhance the calibre of Croatian-Australian Footballers. It was an honour to host the gentlemen at our Club, and look forward to what the future brings for Football in Australia, alongside the ongoing assistance and passion from our Croatian ties #unitedwestand

17.01.2022 UPDATES Sydney United 58 FC are excited to announce the coaching lineup for the upcoming 2021 SAP season led by former National Soccer League (NSL) player and one of clubs greatest representatives both on and off the pitch, Petar Markovic, as SAP Technical Director.... U/9 - Daniel Kukucka U/10 - Karlo Luburic U/11 - Domenic Usalj U/12 - Cristian Gonzalez & Liam Rose Within the ranks, we have coaches that represent both past and present footballers who have experience playing at NPL, former NSL, A-League and international levels. All coaches have had experience coaching kids at Junior, SAP & developmental levels with a combined 25+ years between them. In addition to this, the long standing association each of the coaches have had with our great club, leads us to believe that we have a great lineup to instill our successful footballing philosophy onto the next generation of talent coming through. Sydney United 58 FC welcome our coaches and look forward to a successful upcoming SAP season. Trials for the Sydney United 58 FC SAP teams will be at the Sydney United Sports Centre: U/9 & U/10’s Monday 2nd November @ 6pm Wednesday 4th November @ 6pm U/11 & U/12’s Monday 2nd November @ 7.15pm Wednesday 4th November @ 7.15pm Please note: All parents and players to arrive 30 minutes prior to complete registration for trials.
