13.01.2022 Thanks to the help from our friends at The Star Sydney & Scope Marine we are proud to announce our very own collaboration with The Seabin project and the installation of a 4th Sea Bin in the area.

07.01.2022 The Star Sydney has provided a $10,000 community grant to The Seabin project for the installation of one of their amazing bins at Pyrmont Wharf. It was great to... attend the installation event this morning with Seabin CEO & Founder Peter Ceglinski and representatives from The Star. The Seabin catches an estimated 1.4 tons of floating debris per year (depending on weather and debris volumes), including micro plastics down to 2 mm. The catch bag has a capacity of 20kg and can be changed multiple times per day. There are currently 719 Seabins installed around the world, preventing about 1,952kg of waste reaching the open ocean each day. 114,916kg of waste has been captured to date.
